You need this Realtor! I seriously cannot say enough about Cathy Evans. She really goes over and above to make buying and selling houses as painless as possible. She is honest, thorough and has answers to questions you didn’t even know to ask. She isn’t a sales person she’s just a fantastic realtor. Happy we found you Cathy.

We just sold and bought a new home with Cathy Evans as our realtor. We really enjoyed working with Cathy. We appreciated her patience in helping us find a new home. We spent a year and a half looking at various places, but Cathy never got impatient with us, and just encouraged us to keep looking, telling us that one day we would find the perfect place (which we did). We felt that she understood our preferences in a new home, and tried hard to find us the right place that would "tick all the boxes". Cathy was very good about explaining the buying and selling process and always returned our emails quickly, patiently explaining things we did not understand. We felt we were in good hands as she walked us through all the steps required. Her very professional and friendly manner helped us get through this very stressful time. She exceeded our expectations of a good realtor. We would highly recommend her as a realtor.
